Finally got my TRD Cat Back Exhaust fitted today on my N/A and christ it is LOUD. Did not think it would be as loud as it is! Not complaining mind. Looks awesome on the car too. I have been told it will give me upto 15 BHP extra, is this right?

Yeah it was a really good day. My boyfriend put his car on the strip for the first time, Nissan Skyline R33 GTR standard apart from exhaust, induction and de-cat. His times were: 12.89 @ 118 60ft 2.006 12.96 @ 115 60ft 2.065 12.98 @ 118 60ft 2.000 Worst run was 13.65 @ 115 60ft 2.290 I dont think they are bad times considering car is practically standrard apart from what's mentioned above. Cant wait till the new turbo's go on and whatever else he has on order!! A couple of nice Supra's were there too

Just a quick question, i have just bought a TRD exhaust system to replace my standard one and its getting fitted to my N/A on Tuesday (cant wait!). Has anyone who has an N/A done this and will it be any louder or than my standard one and if so roughly how loud. Question sounds silly i no but i dont want it to be a really loud exhaust as i use my soop to visit my customers (iam a c/s manager) at work and it wouldnt pomote a good image if i pulled into their premises with a boy racer style exhaust sound!! Thanks Claire

Yes Miguel he is very happy with the car now he has sorted the problems out. He loves it. All im saying that what i have heard is that your after care is not very good from quite a few people. I'am a customer service manager myself for a large company and after care is very important. I noticed that you did not touch on my comment about the nasty comments made by a member of your staff by email about my father being from the northeast. Cant take it away from you though, you do source fantastic cars.

Its the basics mate tbh, even i no that a Supra will drink much more than a 1.1 Punto. Driving a Supra is not in your job description your right but it,s not hard to determine how many miles a 3.0L engine will get you compared to a 1.1L. What spec was your R32? GTR, GTS or GTS-T?, what fuel consumption did you get in that? What made you get rid of it?

The knowledge i have regarding Newera is that they get cracking cars and are very helpful when purchasing the car however after care is very poor. Customers can be a pain in the a**e we all no that but how does the old saying go...."the customer is always right". To keep customers happy and to retain business then the service must be right from both start to finish. My family had a slightly bad experience from the start with the attitude and a comment that was made not from Miguel but from a guy that works for him about my father. Not very nice but we just laughed it off in the end!!!

My dad bought a Skyline GTR from Newera and Miguel could'nt do enough for him. Once my dad got the car from him there were a few issues and they did not want to no. Very unhelpful. Good sales but crap after care

If you work in a garage (im presuming your a mechanic or work with mechanics) then you should no the basics on MPG etc???? Is this thread a wind up:sly:
