  1. Got some sand paper in the garage if thats any help? Gaz.
  2. Actually, why don't you buy a UK TT6 and get a few lads to help to wield a chainsaw about the roof
  3. its cos the UK-specs are clever Gaz.
  4. They do that don't they - double as a jet wash for the car... Don't think the headlights were wet Gaz.
  5. Yeah you got it right... Eventually it won't be able to cope with the presure of silly boost. Don't know what the level is though? Gaz.
  6. great minds think alike Paul
  7. To be honest a dump valve and a blow-off valve are the same thing, just different names to justify the expense... Really there is only 3 different dump/blow-off valves. 2 are the same just a different name 1) Re-circulating dump valve (this is what the car has as standard) 2) Dump Valve (atmospheric - i.e. makes a noise) 3) Blow-off Valve 2 and 3 are the same. You can buy an uprated/aftermarket version of number 1, but they aren't many people who change to these - most people want a DV/blow-off just to make a noise... Gaz.
  8. Terry, "Super Sound Dump Valve - Complete kit - Not UK auto!" Strange? Cheers terry, BTW, going to send you a PM in a sec.. Gaz.
  9. Its 6 years on the MKIV according to Parkers too... Anyone else have have experience with this or have a part number for the bit? Thanks, Gaz.
  10. Guys, On my old car car I had a blitz C1 filter and Blitz Blow-off valve (first for the rover!) fitted and it sounded ace. I am getting the blitz filter for the car (which blitz say wont fit) and I wouldn't mind the blitz blow off - which fensport say on there site say it won't fit a UK Auto - anyone know why? Cheers Gaz.
  11. How long is the bodywork warranty branners? My car was registered 01.07.94? Cheers, Gaz.
  12. Somehow, call me heavy handed (not a word Flip ) but I've managed to snap the hinge on the tailgate clean in half. Its drivers site one. I think its rivetted on... but has anyone removed the tailgate before or the actual hinge before? Any ideas? Gaz.
  13. Cheers matt, forgot about that 'un... Any specific oil for that? BTW I know brake fluid is missing, I am doing that in one hit (pads, discs, re-paint calipers, braided hoses) later on... Gaz.
  14. thats answers a question I always wanted to know but never asked Gaz.
  15. I wouldn't mind one too... A guy in the 200+ sells the full set of Toyota CD Roms going for £20... Gaz.
  16. Yeah - thats why its been for sale since February. Come to Elvington on the 27th of October Mark, I'm sure terry will show you what a supra can do... Gaz.
  17. Monkey, Would love to know how he knows that - it hasn't been dyno'd If it was 780bhp, then surely he would know the spec - he didn't when myself and a mate phoned the guy about it a little while ago. And yes, it is running standard turbos. Cos it wasn't all about performance for me I wanted a GT car rather than an all out performance car. I will have a Skyline next, but it'll be in addition to the Supra... >780bhp available it says in ad Yup, available - no skyline in the country runs 2 bar let alone on stock turbos. You get about 5 mins use out of it and it'll go boom. >even if it was 500bhp its some serious car for money True, but i'd rather he quote 500bhp and it be a bargain than 780 and be a p*ss take >and after been in my mate lee`s r33gtr i think they are smart cars True, and I have the greatest repect for em. Was having a sit in a R34 GTR UK spec in bayside blue. What a car. One day... Anyway, sorry about nicking your thread eyefi Gaz.
  18. Monkey, That spec is utter crap. Its running standard turbos... Theres a lot of info (mainly slating's!) about it on the GTR board. Gaz.
  19. Sorry if anyone thought this was going to be another porno thread The motor is getting serviced next weekend, Im using the following bits: Valvoline Synpower 5w40 Gen. Toyota Oil Filter Gen. Toyota Fuel Filter Gen. Toyota Air Filter Gen. Toyota Timing belt NGK BKR7E Sparkies Type IV Autobox fluid ATF Dextron 2 P/S fluid Full coolant change Is this the best stuff for each application? Anything else need doing or should be looked at? Car has done just over 69k miles - didn't have a FSH when I bought it as it was maintained by a mechanic so I am not fully sure what needs doing. I want a clean sheet so that I can start the mods... Thanks Gaz.
  20. Randy, I would like the part numbers for anything to swap these:
  21. lmao Terry >Can anyone give me the part numbers for anything that I may need? That'll be anything TO DO WITH THE LIGHTS I may need. :baa: Gaz.
