erm not sure. I think i have clocks on my mind And now I can't change the title

My fuel gauage is stuck at full and my temp gauge doesn't work (not very good in this weather). I have stripped it to see if there was a loose wire which there isn't but there is a little burnt patch behing the temp gauage. Does anyone know what the problem is? and should I just buy some new ones? if so has anyone got any for sale?
