hi all, im after some stock rims, or even just some shitty cheap rims for the winter as im selling the ones on my car and buying new ones for the spring with tyres would be nice though ALSO, I want a stock front bumper, not fussed over condition as its only going to be on while the stock rims are on the car and i get my front bumper resprayed (black would be nice though lol) thanks

LOL good thread... I went to spearmint rhinos in sheffield for my dads stag do when i was 19. There was a load of my mates and a load of his mates (50ish years old). It was a great experience and only £10 a dance, i found the girls were really nice to talk to etc and not sleezy as some would expect. Only downside is i found it hard to control myself as i am young and horny... I made myself sit on my hands -

I'm cool with the seunday too as I won't be going to santa pod. really looking forward to the snake pass drive, hope it goes ahead RedM - a route planner thing would be great as I might be bringing a co-driver and it'll give him somthing to look at while I'm driving

Welll, i did mine, i advise you find out which pin out is which on the ecu plug from a diagram (should be able to download it from somewhere on here) and take it from there... ... u got power wire, earth, an input and an output i believe... make sure you solder the wires too... maybe someone with a bit more knowledge will come along in a bit make sure you get a good earthing point though as I didn't and ended up scratching my head for 2 days wondering why it wouldn't start lol... silly me

I do agree with your previous comment, maybe he should at least have a look at it and work out if its worth the money or not... but yeh he's also making stuff up to make it sound better than it is, which is slightly worrying as a car as 'good' as this should sell itself IMO

we have two on the same road in Barnsley, about half a mile away from my house people bring their cars from all over the country to have them sprayed here, but they aint cheap! anything from 2.5k to 6k

Gavstar its hard not to fall in love with the first one you see, but like other people have said take your time and make sure you get a decent one. I've kept a close eye on the cars CJ has been buying and selling lately (although he doesn't know it! lol) and they have all been 'spunkers' at excellent prices
