  1. Thanks Kieran, I am very very happy with it I am still a little shocked that it has changed to be honest. I have never done anything with any of my previous cars (except an after market exhaust on my Civic Type R), and a respray is something that I never thought I would be able to bring myself to do, due to the cost. Just a little sunshine would be nice at the minute Mark
  2. LMAO, I had to read that a few times before I got that Thanks again for those matey Mark
  3. Just spoke to Dave who did the respray and he has been very good about it. Once he has finished with Johnnyknox's car he will put anything right that I see as a problem. Like I said before though there is only really the bonnet and 1 or 2 minor things. That has made me feel a lot better as I was expecting the worst to be honest. Mark
  4. OK then Goodnight all ........
  5. LOL, im going sleep now (some would argue that I am already asleep ). I really did think that there was something else to come
  6. Im confused. What the tree's falling down was it, or Godzilla appears? I am very simple and very sleepy so please bare with the stupid question
  7. Godzilla appears I really have no idea
  8. I am very happy overall, I just want to get better so I can give it a good wach and wax (the wheels are filthy and look crap at the minute). Im also looking forward to driving it again as its been well over a month since I last drove it and I can't drive at the minute. Hopefully by the weekend I will be a lot less sore etc and will go out for a drive Thanks Mark
  9. The bits that run along the side under the bonnet were done and all the windows and seals were taken out etc. So everything was pretty much taken care, the only sign of a colour change is under some of the parts of the engine bay. When I get round to it, im just going to sort this out myself. Not sure how yet but I will do something.
  10. I will have a think about this. Might talk to him in a week or so. All I want to do at the minute is lie down
  11. Thanks. A garage over in Loughborough called Central Auto's. They have done some work for UK Rich and Suprastar3000. Johnnyknox's is there now
  12. Thanks very much people Not sure about the facelift rears and I did actually purchase facelift indicators from that tool Lucifer, I just never received them. I just can't quite stand to buy them for a second time yet
  13. LOL, my neighbour is away and the let us use their drive The Type R is my wife's and the other Supra is my brother's (Cable) car (he's keeping it round mine for a little while).
  14. £2.6k with the blending, de-holing and wheel refurb. This was a lot cheaper than GVN's quote (though I do believe that there work would be flawless) and just a bit cheaper than Knight Racers (wasn't sure about there rep and also they were further away).
  15. Bloody hell, someone has been busy Just got a message from a member who stumbled across one last night and was just about to put it on Ebay, so all sorted now. Thanks for the help anyway people Mark
  16. Well I got my car back last night courtesy of Johnnyknox, as he had to drive it for me (thanks again matey ). Overall I am very happy with the job, despite the fact that I have noticed a slight patch of orange peel effect on the bonnet (not all, just a patch near the middle). The only reason im not annoyed by this, is the fact that I may get a Do Luck bonnet next year anyway. Otherwise I think the work is very good. I was going to wait until I washed and waxed the car before I posted pics, but since I have just got out of the hospital I won't be able to do that for a week or so anyway (even though the wheels really need a clean). The blending of the front lip has come out really well and I am also pleased with the spoiler and de-holing of the rear Now I just need to wait for some sunshine as the colour looks amazing in the sun and thus far I have had bugger all sunlight to see it in Roll on the weekend when Cable will be putting my Bride seats in and hopefully my new steering wheel Oh and I also need to sort out a stick number plate at some point.
  17. As the title suggests, would just like to get one of these to go with the one on the rear. Thanks Mark
  18. Cheers mate, unfotunately I van't drive at the moment and therefore can't pick my car up So Vic is going to drive me and Stef over and Stef will drive it back for me I will get some pictures once it is back Thanks again all Mark
  19. Yer it is very painful, I had it really bad about a month and a half ago and the doctor at the hospital in all his wisdom sent me home with some drugs and no scan Thankfully they scanned me this time and confirmed that it was my appendix and that it might be leaking fluid, a few hours later and its out Wasn't too bad in hospital, just paid to use the TV and I was OK. Had the obligatory old blokes who farted all the time next to me but they were nice enough
  20. it really does hurt a lot to laugh, but hay ho
