  1. Glad to see you're on the site and looking to keep it up to scratch, it's a rare beauty you've got there
  2. Miss it It has a slight difference in the offset, however both wheels are the same size overall and it never affected the handling. It happened when I banged the wheel and got a replacement but forgot to check the offset
  3. Probably my old one as it's gone up to that area now....
  4. hiya mate, yep, that's fine, it's just taking up room in the garage, let me know when you're down and you can pick up. Or I can bring to Woody's wedding....
  5. 2x500ml Dot 5.1 Brake Fluid £5 each Puralator (sp?) oil filter £4 Silkolene Pro S 10W-50 5litre £35 all brand new and unopened, all for a TT (found in my garage this weekend:)) +postage and packaging

  7. As above, bought to swap over with my induction kit but never got round to it before it sold. In excellent condition and comes complete with pipes into it, air scoop and air filter (in good nick) £40 delivered:)
  8. Havard, have you tried Europe? A lot of guys import from the UK, why not the other way round? Will give you more options?
  9. good price, nice looking car, good luck with the sale. It's a crap time for selling unfortunately, hold onto the price and it should go eventually

    spare keys?

my spare key (well my old one ) was just a piece of metal, no plastic housing or anything, get a key cut, get a business card from Timpson and stick it on the guy's forehead (with a bit of force lol!)
  11. yeah:p, but spoke to a guy I was going to buy one off and as much as he loved it when he had it, it ate money, and at 18mpg it would cost the same to run as the supra, and at this point I have other things I need to spend money on, as the missus doesn't get a great maternity deal at work. Plus being a 4.2 V8, if things went wrong it would've cost lots to fix. The one they had only had 3 months warranty whereas this audi has 16months warranty...
  12. Thanks, was a surprise for it to happen so quickly, but the best kind of surprise 'fraid so, new owner didn't have a good first day I don't do enough miles to warrant the diesel with the difference in purchase price vs the cost to buy diesel over petrol. Get this remapped and plenty of torque:eyebrows: As for the FWD, it seemed to handle getting the power down pretty well for 220bhp, I get a free trial on the revo so will see how that handles, but I was pretty impressed to be honest. The S4 next to it kept screaming at me, but my head said no. Shane - I've got breakdown cover through Barclays, and I'll still be hanging around, will just have to park down the road at meets lol! Made some good friends on here:) Don't feel as bad today and quite looking forward to picking it up. It was the right thing to do at this stage of my life, maybe a few years down the line get another one, but we'll see.
  13. Well it's finally gone to make way for a more practical car:cry: Gutted to not see it on the drive, or be able to take it for a spin:( Put a deposit down on this instead: http://www.fontain.co.uk/vehicle-details.asp?region=&order=&Model=56&Make=&BodyType=&FuelType=&Transmission=&intMin=&intMax=&RSpage=1&ID=729658 which with a revo remap should be about 275BHP and similar torque:eyebrows:. I was actually quite impressed with it. I was torn between that an an S4, but my head said not to due to running costs etc. on a car I just wouldn't get the benefit of, similar to the supra as of lately, just sat in traffic to and from work It's a bit better for work wise as well from an image point of view, and means there's plenty of warranty left which should mean minimal costs when baby's born. I'm now drowning my sorrows of losing the supe:burp:

  15. I know it could've happened to me to be honest as was unaware until he gave it the once over. It's a warning to all to keep a constant eye on them. Luckily he pulled over safely and it wasn't any worse. It was nice wasn't it He allowed me to keep the mkivsupra.net club calendar which despite being for 2006 will now be on permanent display at home to remind me what I'm missing...
  16. sold to a newbie on here, who unfortunately's had a bad first day with it. I've downgraded to my mum's Yaris which is just pants, the auto box is laughable. I almost cried when I saw it driven away today . Never seen anyone drive it before, and it is an awesome looking car. Put a deposit down on a more sensible 4 door car now, maybe in the future I'll come back to supras, but who knows....
  17. It was mine, I sold it this morning to a nice guy Deano (Supra4life), however during the inspection we found both rear tyres were pretty much slicks, how they've worn down so quickly is beyond me, as since the engine swap I've been taking it easy. The back has been a bit twitchy but didn't think about it twice to be honest. I've missed it everytime I've checked the tyre pressures.... Unfortunately it seems one of these went on his way back, I'm gutted for him as obviously his first interaction with his new car is a bit of a disaster. I tried in vain to try and get a mobile fitter to him, but to no avail to due it being past 12 on a sat , with others not carrying that size as not a regular size tyre. I couldn't go help him as I had no other car Thanks for stopping and helping him It's been an emotional day.... I hope he gets back ok and can put this bit behind him, as it's a great car and I'm certainly going to miss it loads, first time in a long time I managed to have some fun with it this morning, and now this happens
  18. if you're paying £310/month for health insurance you're getting done....
  19. just spent some time cleaning it for maybe the last time, feel quite sick to think it may be gone by midday tomorrow...
  20. I have but it's only got two doors, and I need 4...
  21. I'm torn between an Alpina Bs3 or a 330d and map it:eyebrows: Decided the missus can wait for her car now:D Roland, that's all I know at the moment, has a celica with a 3sgte engine in it However I have someone else coming on sat now, less money than I want and less than the Holland guy is offering, but it will be a quick sale and means I can move onto the next car this weekend
  22. bastewards!!!! keep checking the area carparks for a damaged car...
