  1. Big noisy brakes!! http://www.kad-uk.com/brakekits2.htm I've got six pot callipers and floating discs. Should they rattle loudly when driving at low speed. Mine sound like a train rattling along the tracks!!
  2. Has anyone done any basic mapping alterations themselves?
  3. Looks great - enjoy your grinning, it lasts ages
  4. Wicked - buy me some and send it to me
  5. There must have been something wrong at the petrol station then On a long run this w/end so will see how that compares.
  6. Hows the knee Col, fancy the other one doing!!!! You startin on me now Oh btw, thanks for the contact with Adam. Going a week on Saturday. I think it did that well as I am one of the more sensible Supra drivers (the one thats got a new car and is getting used to it!!!) On a serious note, what does it take others to fill tank? I thought it would have took more to fill the tank than 60odd quid. Optimax here is 97.9p/litre.

    New Girl

Hi BB I'm also a female Supra member, and a very big HI to you:) I didnt let on i was female as I'd read all the threads about loaf on head, but I've been rumbled this week (thanks CJ). A great bunch of people on here, really helpful. Have I missed the piccies of ur car? Jo
  8. I can imagine that Ian. The roads by where I live dont really allow you that often to give it full whack but occassionally it can open up Still, quite happy with what its giving me at the moment. Almost cant believe it unless there was more in the tank to start with? How much does it take to fill up from as near as empty?
  9. Now thats a good question. Every now and again but not all the time. Still getting used to the car.
  10. Petrol . . . . As some of you will know I picked up my new car last week. After about 10 miles of driving it back the petrol light comes on. i keep driving to the next garage selling optimax and fill up with 63 quid of petrol. After 204 miles and with a dodgy petrol float/needle I decide to fill up again to keep track of what its doing. 34 quid. So my reckoning is: A bit in the tank to start, so on 34 quidish I've done just over 200 miles. All this on a 500bhp single turbo. Sounds ok to me? Better than my 3.5 V6 4x4
  11. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=62307 Yours looks nice so maybe wont meet up With regards to the AEM, Arnout & Dimitri are the best guys so if you can wait until May time then they are the people to do it. I've only just picked up my car and it does need mapping to iron out a couple of issues but hopefully gonna wait til then. if you get yours done, let me know who, where and how good. Cheers - Jo

    Cutting Out

Have you got a contact number for there?
  16. The car starts fine, drives lovely, but sometimes when approaching junctions slowly it will just cut out. It will re-start ok and it does not only happen when the engine is cold. Has this happened to anyone else, or has anyone got any suggestions what this might be?
  17. You may still hear it when its being driven around devon !!!
  18. Havent you got two too many wheels then ?
