If I've read it right are you trying to get the old olive out of the pipe? If so do you have a blow torch, gently heat the outside of the pipe to see if it will release the olive??

I've got two ferrets, thought of putting some of their poo on the bonnet - its supposed to scare other animals away. Dont fancy polishing it every Sunday getting that off though!!! Water pistol is good - but I'm on a water meter Got the young kids from the courtyard on cat watch this afternoon - bless them. They'll do anything to get near the car I've threatened them to stay away from

Lots of practical advice there peops, thanks. I live in a private courtyard with a few houses and I'm watching the cat more and more. He likes the silky smooth polish of my supe, it helps him slip off quickly when jumping up for the birds. He likes other cars too so maybe the cats got to go . . . . Who was making the vs car cover? Thats more like it

Ok, now am quite annoyed. Just had to shoo a neighbours cat off the bloody supe. This isnt the first time, on the bonnet, on the roof, on the spoiler. A few little scratches every time, that just wont t-cut out of the flip paint. At this rate I'm gonna end up with a white car So, the time has come to either buy a rifle, or a car cover. Any recommendations???

I've gone for an agreed valuation with Sky, but am still waiting for them to agree a figure - since the middle of March! They will only agree up to 15K without a tracker and I would say that a car with any mods should have an agreed. The money you spend to mod up far outstretches the extra couple of hundred a year on your premium.

I teach and usually get into work by 7.30-7.45. Dont normally leave until 5-5.30 usually with no lunch break. Then I go home do marking and planning, assessment, report writing, etc sometimes at heavy workload times up til midnight plus. But hey, I love my job and I get 13 weeks holiday a year. I actually get paid for working far less than those hours, so all those of you on overtime payments, smile
