It just made me think about what life would be like if I could be content with a 1.4 Fiesta or something. Never going to happen though as the Supra is the first car that I am completely happy with you just cant think like this if i was not a car freak and had put all my spare money into property over the years i would be living in a £1 million pound house. some people live in beutifull such houses yet have real shitters on the drive that doesnt make sence to me either.

back pain ,back pain! i once did a charity deadlift 160kg i rep every 90 seconds on average for 2 hours totalling the weight of the local lifeboat 29000 kg or so. felt ok at the time but woke up in the night with a locked up spasming lowerback.it took 2-3 weeks to recover properly i was crapping myself. i raised £350 for the R.N.L.I and got in the local newspaper for my efforts. never again:Pling:

im sorry if this offends anyone but a lot of coppers are jumped up power freaks. i got stopped on my motorbike by a patrol car doing 29 mph in a 30 zone as i always do in 30 zones. as i knew i was riding perfectly i asked why i was stopped and the reply was that it was a "random check". i was asked to produce id and was detained for 10 mins as i had none and was asked allsorts of questions even though i showed them my fire service pager and told them my rank number.throughout the conversation this officer had an air of complete ignorance around him i can honestly say ive never met such a wanker in uniform as him. i remained polite and helpfull throughout and was only let go when a call came through and they had to speed off. there are some great coppers out there but c*nts like him make it hard for them to get the respect they deserve

does/has anybody here worked in the north sea oil/gas industry. i need a life change as have done the same thing for 20 years and cant see myself doing it another 20. i am 40 in april and if i dont do it now i probrobly never will. i am self employed and it pays well but i can never move/emigrate or take much holiday as small businesses are such a tie.want to give myself some options.have been thinking this for last 10 years(my twin brother is a driller out there and loves it).this year i am serious to the point of having taken my offshore survival training(last week)just need to sort staff issues out at my business then i am ready to go.any thoughts??

this week the aristo has been failing to start. i turn the key and there is a single click and no go the motor turns over but will not fire atall.if i keep trying it will eventually fire but this is getting worse.if it starts tommorow i will take it to henstead motorsport.when i lift the bonnet there is a buzzing sound coming from the throttle position sensor on the throttle body.i believe this is a fault on the lexus vvti motor.anybody else had this problem or any suggestions for a fix?

very funny i like the fat guy at the end with the wood reminded me of something awesome i saw about 20 years ago while in the florida club at Hemsby great yarmouth. its a small club and that night they had a cheap jass band playing nothing special except the big bass player was none other that bolo yung(star of the bruce lee films in the 70s you know the bad musclely guy from enter the dragon and other classics). anyway at the end of the performance he did a little side show by lining up several empty coke bottles on the bar and chopping there heads clean off without the bottles even wobbling. the guy is built like a pro bodybuilder and was as fast as hell. very impressive .he must have enjoyed the band as i imagine the money would have been crap.

i assume it fell out while doing near vertical 110mph wheeles:blink:
