    Road Tax

See, more fekkin tax! When are we as a nation going to get to grips with this government and say NO MORE? I know what would be a good idea, why don't we all GIVE our wages to the chancellor and he can give us an allowance back, because thats where we are heading. Little known fact - we all work for the first 6 months of a year for the government, then after that all we earn is ours to do as we please with - kind of puts tax into some sort of prospective doesnt it?

    Where do i stand?

Trouble is, if you buy anything and it is ex-works, as soon as the manufacturer or supplier has made it ready for collection it is no longer his/their responsibility, the responsibility is then put on the purchaser and the supplier is technically not liable for any in transit dammage - most manufacturers/suppliers do not readily adhear to this law and usually - as in this case show good grace and offer a solution.

I am suprised no one remembers the shit the last goverment inherited, Labour are known tax and spend merchants, I hear say that under the last government we were two years away from clearing all of this countries debts, (how true this is I do not know) now it will take an eternity to clear the debts built up by these bunch of muppets, trouble is they all beleive they are right in what they are doing, does common sense not even enter their heads or do we really employ a flock of sheep? only able to listen to accademics who lets face it have no real idea of what happens in the real world, only what they have been told and read about how it should be and what they have been told by other accademics.

Good point about the Olympics and Trident fleet. How does someone, ie. the chap in charge of costing the Olympics, how is he able to keep his job when he has under budgeted by billions and is having to pay £450million to advisors and consultants "JUST TO KEEP THE COSTS DOWN"??

The words to use? Is it me or do many other people question what the fcuk is going on? Couple of reference points for discussion: 1. How come petrol prices have been able to drop over the past few months only for the chancellor to be able to say he is raising tax by 6.6p a litre. 2. Why are we being penalised for the rest of the worlds polutative behaviour, unless the USA, China and India start to address the problem we have absolutely no need to be penalised by the taxman. 3. Just how much is it costing us - in the form of council tax - to go "green", ref, how much does it cost to have two wheely bins supplied, instead of the one previous, how much for the 3 collections we now have, one for household waste one for the recycleables and one for garden, how much in man power and how much in vehicles and how much in increased emmisions by the said vehicles - does all this outway the end result? 4. How much in energy, and the cost to the environment to re-charge battery powered cars, the plug in sort not the hybrids. I could go on all day asking these sort of questions, but would really like to hear some of you guys and guyettes questions. Rant over.
  8. One or the other - road tax per year, which is exactly that "or" a milage tax, cake and eat it springs to mind, but as we all know us good old Brits will accept it just as we would an arse fkuking if the government told us too. I'll be right at the front of any protest against this proposal. Steps down.............
  9. I think it would look prety good, there would still be a stricking contrast between the carbon Fibre and the gloss black bodywork, so over all I recon it would be a nice but expensive addition.
  10. Isnt there such a thing as 'duty of care', health and safety executive and all that, I feel sure a good lawyer would rub his/her hands together with glee on this one. Worth an investigative phone call to your solicitor surely.
  11. Oh shite, sorry to hear this Squiffy, write down all he said about being too young to have a car like the Supe - What the fek has it got to do with him if you drive a 1963 mini or an Enzo, gealousy and predjudice - not a good combination when one wears a blue uniform, could it be used in your favour?

    NSX tuning

Anyone ever driven a v-tech engined car? I have had two type-R.s befor the supe, Honda make a fantastic engine and they rev to buggery - I have been fortunate enough to drive an NSX and they are every bit as fantastic as they look, I would have one over a Porker or Ferrari any day, they cost so little to keep and will easily keep up with an 80k porker of Ferrari. Les Testicules du chain!!!

    Fridge help

Is it an integral part of the kitchen? if so, and this may seem stupid but, make sure you have circulation holes top and bottom of the woodwork it allows the cool air to cool the motor and bits and the warm air to escape thus allowing the fridge to perform better - just a thought.
