just sprayed car today, its looking good but on last coat of pearl on my last part the water filter dropped off bracket smashed and instantly fuc**ed the job up. my question is :- can i flat back to the basecoat tomorrow then apply a dust coat and 1 wet coat of base and carry on. running out of time or do i have to prime and wait again.

sorry read that wrong thought we were talking heated mirrors, think it came from the doooooh you could still do it with one of the ariel lives, same theory behind that ignition on ariel up ignition off ariel down. the down/off live only becomes live for about 15 seconds when you turn ignition off, enough to fold mirrors in.

is there anyone had experience with it, being really lazy today

trace the live from wing mirror, and find an ignition live from cigarette lighter or radio etc. and join them up, when you turn ignition off power will go off to mirrors.

need to protect my new chrome wheels for the winter, what is the best stuff to use, or do with them. (apart from leave them in the garage ) or is nothing going to save them.
