  1. well im up for meeting everyone at toddington services or mini convoy down im realy not bothered. to drive with a group of 54 supras must be awsome if your up for it let me know;)
  2. ive used engine advantages for there rolling road paul is very good at what he does his a king with cosworths and his been involved with japs for a few years now. not a bad price either:p
  3. im not sure how we stand on club passes im sure someone will know on here;) is it just yourself going or a couple of cars?
  4. will there be a few of you going from essex area? ill convoy up with you guys if thats ok;) would be good to put names to faces:p
  5. there were some suspect wires on the back of the speedometer. i replaced connectors also checked for more but couldn't see anything out of place. now the car is fine stays in 1st until i change and no flashing lights thank god it was nothing serious :d thanks for all your help guys:cool:
  6. cheers guys im going to have a look behind the dash first make sure theres no bare wires etc etc. it must be electrical because it done this the other week then sorted it self out. then low and behold it started again today bloody nightmare:search:
  7. i need help with my car i have a slip control light flashing also od light. car wont stay in first keeps changing up on its own. some one please point me in the right direction:)
  8. where is the neutral start switch? i hope it isnt the ecu:(
  9. yes its fine in 2nd does everything it should its just first thats the problem is it possible somthing is wrong with the selecta or would you say the problem is inside the box:(
  10. im not saying i want to drive it like this. the point is its not ment to do it obviously theres a fault some where and i want it put right:rolleyes:
  11. no the manu button isnt pressed but this shouldn't make a difference
  12. when the car is in drive or 2nd the car is fine changes smoothly up and down the box no problems what so ever. when car is in low it changes up to second on its own me not touching anything then when coming to a stop still in low it struggles to go into first
  13. no im not trying to put it back in 1st its as it automatically changes down to 1st
  14. not going to sort it out when slowing down or approaching a junction etc etc
  15. not sure but this is doing it at pritty low rpm:)
  16. yes i have tryed pushing the manu button and it still changes up to 2nd, do you think its electrical or somthing wrong with the box?
  17. car will not stay in low gear changes upto 2nd also doesn't like going back into low. have any of you guys come across this problem before if so waht is the cure
  18. i think ive cured the problem a pink wire from the ecu had a bad connection i think. there is still a problem though it wont stay in low it changes up to 2nd on its own plus doesn't realy like going back into low if that makes sense
  19. doesn't appear to be anything loose on the throttle body, i dont have to move before the light comes on. if i start the car up and dont touch the accelarator it wont come, on as soon as i rev the car the light will start to flash does this appear to be the same problem as you had:search:
  20. it doesn't flash when i first start the car up but as soon as i move a little they start flashing. ill try and have a look today if we are quite at work:)
  21. yes ive done several no joy. is there any wires behind dash that could of come loose because i have recently had a air/fuel ratio gauge fitted where my clock was?
  22. hi guys seems to still be doing it one other thing i have noticed is when the slip control and od light is flashing the car will not stay in L it changes in to 2 on its own. would you say this is an electrical fault or actually somthing wrong with the g/box:rolleyes:
  23. are you sure the torque isnt in newton meters
