Spacer advice

Was thinking I need my rear wheels sitting out abit more, they don't look good the way they are, just asking if anybody knows what size of spacer I should get to fill the arches more??

Forgot to mention my new wheels will be 9.5x18 on the rear, not sure if that will make any difference?

I'd advise you get some wheels that fit correctly in the first place

one of those skinny wheels in the boot of some cars to get you home... you need the correct offset wheel at the back but spacers will do the job if you would be happy with that mate.

is your car a wide arched one? if its not your wheels are probably around 18x7j wide which is pretty lame for a supra, especially the rear.

as mentioned above best to get proper fitting wheels, failing that a minimum of a 25mm spacer will bring it out an inch which should be more flush..... stick a ruler against your rim and see how far 25mm will bring it out.

You won't need spacers for those, the tyres will sit close to the wheel arches as they are.

I've got a pair of 25mm bolt on spacers available if you need them dude.

If you're sticking a 275 35 tyre on there and don't want to roll the arches you'll be pretty close so I'd do nothing until you have some miles on the new setup...you could get a 5mm spacer in there but that means fitting longer studs.

If you go 265 35 then in reality you could just about get away with a 15mm spacer as the tyre shape frees up more space than the (relatively fat sitting) 275 35 on a 9.5" rim.

If you are happy to roll the arches then you can go a little more crazy

Correct of course, the offset being 35mm will bring them out towards the arch.

These are 9.5 x 18 and im sure their a 35 offset, they are 35, i just checked with the manufacturer
