Guest stinkinpoor
Went to look at this yesterday and its in amazing condition and has all mot's + reciepts for the majority of the work/servicing. {http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1058392.htm} Is 5K a fair price for an n/a auto? Any advice would be much appreciated as this will be my first supra. Or if anyone knows anywhere that is good for Px as getting anything relies on me being able to get rid of the current car. Thanks in advance
Dave17
I would say that is overpriced for an n/a fullstop....You are well in to good jspec TT territory for that.
AlexJames
Tis alot of money for an N/A, but then it is an aero
stevie_b
It's an aerotop which probably pushes the value up a bit. I would still say it's on the high side, but I'm not sure what aerotops go for. Non-standard paint colour (can be good if done well, very very bad if done badly): I like the colour personally. It looks clean in the photos, but obviously there's no substitute for seeing it in the flesh. Things to watch out for if you view it: is the bodykit well fitted? Guest stinkinpoor
yea its flushed in and not a mark on it. respray has been done to a v high standard with engine bay and door jambs to match. the main thing is he will take the current car in px and im not sure how long it would take to shift on the open market. alex, dont fancy coming to take a look at it on saturday do you? haven't seen your car since you went bpu

Guest stinkinpoor
really, that was going to be my next question. whether it used to belong to someone on here. The guy that purchased it is the dealer. has a few others as well. Interested in any other suggestions as to where to buy. Quite tempted though as I havent really seen many others in my price range with so much work done, especially through dealers. Alex I can pop down pretty much any weekend this month. and the car is in high wycombe.
martini
Yeh, I was looking at this... seems a bit expensive, though nice. Please I am after a TT and more importantly, a manual
Matt H
Its an aero, blended kit and re-spray. I'd offer £4.5 for that if i was in the market. It's not over priced though for a trader sale at all.
Guest stinkinpoor
I was thinking to offer 4.5k, although im not in a massivly strong position as Im trying to px. Does anyone fancy a clio? Roll on payday tomorrow. He also has a manual tt which looked quite clean.

martini
I am seeing a trend of what people buy, and I suppose this goes hand in hand with prices: NA Auto, NA Manual, Auto TT, Manual TT (BPU possible), Manual Single

Guest stinkinpoor
does anyone know of a good avenue for finding through dealers? and are they usually a lot more pricey?
stevie_b
You could speak to Jurgen on here, and ask him to import one for you? Failing that, it's just old-fashioned keeping your eyes peeled I'm afraid. Keep frequenting the For Sale section on here.
formatzero
Doesn't matter if your buying a sup or a skoda they will both usualy be more exspensive from a dealer.A car is only too exspensive if you are worried how much you get when your selling it on,if this doesn,t worry you then buy the car you want-life's too short but remember the old saying, buy in haste repent at liesure
