JustGav
A Modded M3 CSL has just recently set the new fastest ring record for a production car I believe (could be wrong on the category). I like bmws, always have. I would still lean towards the new Tii jobbie they are releasing, that looks like fun.

bodilx6
What is the writing on the road at NBR? There is writing all over the ring. Almost all 22 km of it so a bit much to recite here.. Usually its cheering for a team, or just funny writing by people hoping to see it in TV or so. A couple of examples attached from when I was down there this summer

Gazboy
The Blitz Supra is close to that time. it held the record for a while too. 7m23 vs 7m49 is no-where near 'close'. Shaving 26 seconds off the NRing won't be easy BUT it is only another 2mph per mile faster. With a decade of tyre and brake advances it should be achievable, lets hope a trader has a go eh?
