Slight Misunderstanding

This is an email between me and Shiney Autos regarding a LED registration plate bulb that went out in my Coupe recently, not so long after buying them:

 

Please note I had to put in spaces to allow the word to be shown.

Hello,

 

I purchased a pair of S h i t e xenon super bright LED bulbs approximately 7 weeks ago and one of the bulbs has gone out. It has been out now for around 3 weeks I've just not had the chance to email you about this. I was wondering if you can send out a replacement and I will send back the faulty bulb?

 

I swapped them around and the same bulb is out so I know it is the bulb.

Hello and thank you for your email, first of all we don't supply any 'S h i t e' products, secondly if you would like to return the bulb to us we will take a look at it and see what has happened then look at replacing the item.

Hi,

 

I have never laughed so hard in my life.

 

I have just read your email and became very confused as to why you mentioned "s h i t e" as I was sure my email never said anything of the sort (I also don't believe any of your products are rubbish anyway), and I decided to have a look at the email I sent to you regarding the faulty bulb...

 

It appears I mistakingly typed "s h i t e" instead of "white" as the "s" is just below the "w" and I never double checked my email. I can assure you this was a genuine mistake and I still have tears rolling down my eyes.

 

I do apologise and will send out the bulbs ASAP.
