From: "Lewis Raymond" To: "Adam - Shiny Autos" Tuesday, 29 June, 2010 1:36 Hello, I purchased a pair of S h i t e xenon super bright LED bulbs approximately 7 weeks ago and one of the bulbs has gone out. It has been out now for around 3 weeks I've just not had the chance to email you about this. I was wondering if you can send out a replacement and I will send back the faulty bulb? I swapped them around and the same bulb is out so I know it is the bulb. I have just read your email and became very confused as to why you mentioned "s h i t e" as I was sure my email never said anything of the sort (I also don't believe any of your products are rubbish anyway), and I decided to have a look at the email I sent to you regarding the faulty bulb... It appears I mistakingly typed "s h i t e" instead of "white" as the "s" is just below the "w" and I never double checked my email. I can assure you this was a genuine mistake and I still have tears rolling down my eyes. I do apologise and will send out the bulbs ASAP.
