My uncle in law had a well dodgey heart, with pace makers ect ect. He could have a car on his disability allowence. had a new focus a few years back. all the tax, mot, inshurance, services ect are paid for you. well his was. just pees me off the ammount of people who commit benefit fraud and scam the government out of OUR tax money ect.
