righto...

bought 8ft of the larger diameter tubing, 1 90degree joint, and 1 twin (adjustable direction) nozzle

Ive just plumed the tubing from the front, into the engine and upto the rear pasenger side of the engine (also removed noise deadning glasswool shit)... fixed the hose in a position with the 90degree 'elbow' on it... Right in the same position is where the washer jet tubing splits into two... i simpley disconnect before it splits and put my little detour in... waalaaa

windscreen wipers are a bit annoying tho :)

but that'll be sorted when i get time to fit the bottle and pump

I came up with an idea a while back for an IC spray. Unfortunately, UK-spec owners only need apply! :D

Basically, take the feeds to the headlight washer jets, re-route them, fit MKIV Golf windscreen washer jets, and presto, instant IC spray with great water dispersion.

what a few people have done is to move the indicator to the side light in the headlamp and then have the fog as the side lamp.

Matt from this BBS has done it on his, and a few people copied it, but he knows all the parts that are required.

I just fitted one to my GT. does seem to make a differance. not sure how well the jet works when your travelling at 100mph.

My wipers don't go when I use the jets which is nice
