Chris Wilson
Wasn't someone asking about twin charging, using a supercharger for low end grunt, and switching to a turbo for top end grunt? I thought I had the pics and video still, they are at http://www.gatesgarth.com/volvo_dyno The video shows it's not all fur coat and no knickers. Is that a clean install, or what? dangerous brain
Man that looks like the same lump my volvo has in it. I want to do a big supercharger on a 2jz or a charger and turbo mix. Small matter of no money to do it with though.

Gaz Walker
Thats pretty funky. Lot of money to be spent on a Volvo though Gaz.
dangerous brain
Theres some pretty impressive volvo's about now you know. And its cheap power as well. I can get an extra hundred horses from mine with a cheap chip and a manual boost controller. Hey look at this one http://www.swedespeed.com/news/publish/Industry_News/article_1120.html thats an impressive motor for the future

Thorin
I'm not really up on current Volvo's, but the old 760 turbo's were great, a couple of mates of mine had modified ones. The engines were practically bullet proof and 300BHP was easily possible with little outlay. Surprised many a Cosworth
