Nice yeh it goes all the way down to the trees at the end, then under all the trees is a patio, currently with BBQ and picknic table looking over the fields! Just dont count yer chickens 'till contracts have been exchanged! Oh I know. I'm quite calm about it. Its the GF thats bouncing around with a massive grim on her face.
