Elmo
The eBay indicators are only around £30 delivered, but the looms from Toyota are £18 quid each and you need 2, so really you're looking at around £65 for the kit.
Steviekid
The eBay indicators are only around £30 I've never understood why people buy the "proper" facelift ones rather than these ones off ebay. They're half the price and don't have the orange reflecter that the facelift ones do, so look a lot better as well.

Once you've bought the eBay indicators and the looms they are around £65, Nic sell the Toyota ones (with looms I think) for only £72. The Toyota ones do seem to have the orange relector but they are probably better quality. Saying that, I am happy with my eBay indicators.

Big Mark
i bought the ebay indicators and used a dremmel to form new slots so i could use the old holders and loom Why do people buy new looms if it is simply a case of dremmeling (is that a proper word) them to fit. I am about to buy some from ebay in a minute so will be borrowing the mates dremmel if it saves me messing around with wiring looms.

You need the new looms so you can have indicators and sidelights, if you use the existing looms you will only have indicators. Also, I found that the existing looms weren't long enough anyway to reach the facelift indicators.

Other than being too short is it because of different connectors?
Elmo
How comes? Indicator wiring is only 2 wires per bulbs so why the new loom? Other than being too short is it because of different connectors? At the moment you have a single loom for the indicator bulb, but the facelift looms have connectors for an indicator bulb and sidelight bulb. If you modify your current loom you will only be able to use the indicator and not the sidelight as shown below. With regard to the shortness, the wires just aren't long enough to reach. http://img479.imageshack.us/img479/8581/indicatorsg7.png
dwayne
i had to cut the wire and make it longer. i thought it was just short because i was fitting to fibreglass bumper which made them further away. sidelights do look good though, i have got to get them done!! Before I bought the facelift looms I tried fitting the indicators using the current looms and they connectors where a couple of inches too short.
