Guest merlinuk
Hi Guys, I am new to the site, about to pick up my first Supra on Weds, and posting for the first time! Love the video section! Anyway, the first job I would like to do is change the exhaust from cat back. I have been looking at the HKS and have been told this comes in two versions, race and one below that. I need your guys advice, is the system below the race ok about £500? and does it sound well? Help and advice please? Dave.
steve spedd
the RS*R is a good one but it comes down to personal choice as to the sound and loudness.... im sure there is a few sound clips on here. do a search mate.... oh n hello!!

Homer
There is no "best" as such, what sort of noise level are you looking for and what are you going to be using the supra for? Something loud and rorty, something nice and quiet, or somewhere in between?
SupraPL
If you want loud exhaust you should buy HKS Hyper Titanium exhaust. Very loud but also impressive. http://thumbs.vidiac.com/0bf2ef22-a7e6-48f9-be91-992000bfa695.jpg

Guest merlinuk
Thanks Guys, and for the welcome. Been ringing round today and the HKS silent hi-power is available. Does anyone have any experience of this system, increase in power, noise etc? (ie:is it noisier than the stock exhaust?) Thanks Dave.

Guest merlinuk
Thanks a lot, in Nantwich at the moment, moving to Staffs at the end of the month. The exhaust you had made, would you say better and louder than the HKS silent hi-power? how long to make, and approx how much? Sorry about the number of questions! Gaz Walker
Please don't get a custom exhaust when you can get a properly engineered one for the same price RS-R as others have said or HKS Silent Hi-Power are both great choices for the NA. The former is loud and the later is quiet. Both look and perform great and will last a long time. Gaz.

Homer
Thats a pretty good price, I paid £425 for mine 3 years ago. It's very loud on an NA, there's some nice videos of one on Trig's car in the Multimedia section.
