carl0s
Will 19" rims, say for example those Pacific-whatsit things look silly on a stock UK spec that hasn't been lowered?
TRD3000GT
nope they look good. Having huge rims actually can give the effect that the car has been lowered. C.
carl0s
excellent! that's what I was wondering. thank you. I know it's bad for handling, but I'm no driver anyway as I'm sure we all know
TRD3000GT
Ive got 19's. Used to have 18's I feel the 19's are extremely responsive and feel great! Im not one to argue with people but I have always felt the bigger the rim the better the handling. ( FOR ROAD DRIVING ) look at the TOCA cars . Huge rims and arches. C. Hy-Performance
Hi, Ive got those rims, when i got them the car had standard suspension. The front end wass too high for me, so i lowered it on Eibachs, the front dropped and the rear stayed pretty much the same and i was well pleased, will post some before and after pics later if you like

Scarface GTti
I have those wheels but the cars been dropped 40mm so i`ve been told. I`d have preferred standard height suspension i think.
Hy-Performance
Yeah thats about how low fine is at the front, i prefer no gap tbh

No Chris, huge rims on a Supra is detrimental to handling. Touring cars run huge wheels because their suspension was designed with them in mind. Supra suspension wasn't.
