Scoboblio
Great videos Slightly annoying overdose of "trick", but otherwise good.
Gazboy
Can't remember tbh, but I'm under the impression that the single gives more power, or are they after a 1ft Turbo, with a big 2nd, to reduce the lag?... As I thought the bottom end could handle 1000bhp??? So why the fuss about the pistons and piston rings, and all of the other waffle???... Lighter rods & pistons + balanced crank = less work for the engine to overcome. Throw a tennis ball while you have girly aerobic weights around your wrist, then throw the ball without the aerobic wrist weight- same effort but you got a better result as you had to work against less weight. My parents had a "super trick" 306 S16 with a fully built & balanced 2.0NA engine in it- very, very fast, could keep up with Escort Cosworths & that engine was dynamite- no inertia or friction, it revved like a litre bike. Made it unpleasent to drive around town but it was very rewarding on open roads.
JohnA
trick vid:p , I remember it some time back on super tun8r or something. Light entertainment, just like F&F, not meant to be taken literally...
carl0s
I think in the third video (at 03:48) he put the brake disk on the wrong side. That's the LHS disk, but he's putting it on the RHS. Cool vid though! edit: apparently not, according to the stoptech installation guide. Seems strange though, yes?
