has he had access to your machine or a machine you've used msn on? or sat on a network that you've signed in over?

 

just change your password and hint to something obscure and ask him to try again, it might have been a one off. If he can crack the MSN site security itself (not that I suspect it is any good anyway) I'm sure some people will want to have a serious word with him. I wouldn't want MS to come down on me, they have effectively infinite resource and the best lawyers around no doubt and this sort of thing is really taken uber seriously these days
