Thorin
They need the e-mail address you use for paypal then they just make a payment to that address. It will show up in your paypal account and you'll then need to transfer it into your bank.
michael
Just prepare yourself for the "sorry this Paypal account can't accept this payment, in order to collect it you will need to upgrade to an account that takes money from you" type crap they throw at people. michael
so do i need to update my account to recieve than? It's confusing, I believe you can accept a direct Paypal funds > Your Paypal payment but if they load the payment from a credit / debit card Paypal pretend this means you need to upgrade. It's a big con "look you have money, sweet money... do you want it? Well you can't until you agree to let us have some of it"
Supragal
It is well handy though.
martin_a
pretands? so can you get around the credit card thing without an upgrade? big scam really, eBay takes money to post up an auction and/or a cut of the price off you then they shove you into paypal which they own and take another slice off your total (3.4%) lovely. m. martin_a
depends what account you have. right pain really. http://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside it goes down for more money. essentially if you want to get a payment from a credit car they take a wedge off. Make the other party upload the money to their paypal account and then just transfer the money over that way you can keep it all. m.
