supra steveo Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 just got my TRD bonnet and its got no bonnet catches on the front instead its got some squares where they look like they should go and its also got holes for bonnet pins but i dont want the bonnet pins, i want them filled and like original cathes put on. can this be done ? albundy68 Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 im no expert, but i seem to remember dude just using the same mechanism as the stock bonnetand transfering it over. it can definately be done anyway, mine has normal catch on trd Bonnet. Guest gzaerojon Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 the squares look like they are in the same place as the stock catches, are you sure there isn't a pair of plates with the bonnet that just bolt/screw on? i'm thinking of a square plat with a loop welded to it??
