Tricky-Ricky
Just picked myself up a pair of these, and wondered if anyone knew where to get some cheap universal sliding subframes that i can adapt? failing that i guess i could adapt/hack up the std ones. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid210/p5bd21238847dd85ec235c37da92a7cef/eddf9f79.jpg

Homer
I believe Paul Whiffen can get sub frames for most types of seat, though I don't know if they'e cheap or not.
Tricky-Ricky
Just paid a visit to Corbeau seats who are local to me, and picked up two pairs of sliders, so now all i need to do is make the brackets to fit:)
Tricky-Ricky
Finished them last week but forgot to put a pic up, used Cobeau sliders and welded up some subframes, they are pretty comfortable for sport seats, and hold you in well should you wish to indulge in some spirited cornering;) http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid210/p4086919f5df6635463595a0ebccb9cec/edb894cf.jpg

JohnA
TR, did you happen to weigh the standard seats? These ones must weigh a fair bit less eh?
Tricky-Ricky
Unfortunately not:( by the time i had got the sliders and subframes on theres not a lot of difference, lighter than the drivers electric unit but about the same as the passenger seat, oh well they look good. JohnA
I remember someone commenting on how heavy the original seats are. Hard to put it into perspective, from the people who fitted carpets with hollow fibres to save weight. Anyway, they *do* look good:d
Tricky-Ricky
Personally i wouldn't call the passenger seat any more heavy than some Recaro seats that i had fitted to another car of mime, i think if you want light weight seats then you need to go for racing type buckets, but then i don't find that type very comfortable, so for the sake of a few pounds i chose comfort and a happy back;)
