Skirts blended or just bolted on?

Ok what do you think:

 

Side skirts that are blended in or just fixed on normaly.

 

I know they are both good but was thinking of blending mine but does it cause to much trouble with servicing the car ect, getting it jacked up ???

Blending in where the door sill is gets my vote. Mine looks real nice when you open the door and the skirt looks like it was there from factory

blended looks better, totally agree. although as you said, for practicality purposes you're better off just fixing them on......

Having managed to smack a fibre glass side skirt on my grey TT I know how easy it is to do, and how much mess it makes!

I was gonna get mine blended, but after speaking with Dude decided not to, as Pete says it's too easy to make it look bad after a slight knock. I guess if you can afford to keep getting them touched up ever month or 2 then go for it.

Not if its done properly, The misses mounted a kurb in tescos car park with mine, took a small chunk out of the bottom of the skirt and no crack at all, the kerb was in the worst state!
