I managed to Pull tonight . :devil: Unfortunately it was a copper!! But he was good about it and just wanted to check the car wasnt stolen. thanks to Millhouse and Jive for waiting for me. Also there was a silver j-spec that turned up outta the blue, again didn't get to speak and you left early before we got moved to PC World!! Had a great play with a 200zx on the way back down along the M3 until some tosser almost caused an accident as he went from the middle lane to the outside lane with nothing in front of him Luckily the 200 managed to haul up in time then he moved outta the way. Got the thumbs up from him as I broke off onto the M27 Some great cars there, plus a monster truck which somehow Luke from GreenSupra's car managed to miss as they entered the PC World car park.....what was that you were smoking?? Bloody cold night, glad I took my coat along! Oh and highlight of the evening is Scooter saying "glad I've got a rare coloured car blah blah blah...." what drives into the carpark but a RSP TT owned by Chilli Boy along with mini motorbike in rear seat!! Scooter saying "it's ok it's gonna be an auto...sure to be an auto.....BOLLOXS it's a MANUAL! - I DONT BELEIVE IT!!!" :D Top turnout, pick a warmer night next time though! Damn getting moved on from B&Q, they had multiple food options and I ended up with none. Bah! An interesting cross selection of cars there tonight, but a lot of 'racer' style ones. The Supras stole the show, but to be fair I didn't really look anywhere else That Ferrari wasn't bad though. Nice to talk (albeit very briefly) to Mandy and to Peter, hope your baby gets well soon A decent turn out in the end, 10 I think (including Pete's Lexus as an honourary Supe given the circumstances), with one leaving before the end of B&Q and one arriving at PC World. I turned up outta the blue coz i couldnt find the dam petrol station !!.......i spent 25 mins driving round in circles. luckely just as i was going to give up .......the convoy turned in to the car park so i just latched on and folloed round. Good to see Pulse n (Artist previously known as Dunk 657) Mandy Gladstone..n Hubby. got pulled up on the way and all her sex toys were confiscated. Was really nice to see you both I love ya Install WICKED.. we wondered where you got to.... These kind of events are great fun, coz they just kind of happen with not much planning...bit like something out of a street racing scene in 2 Fast 2 Furious.. so many different Jap cars from Pulsars to Evo's...even the FTO's were there. Everywhere I wondered I kept hearnig people say 'ohh theres some supra's over ther mmmm' lowlight of th event ... the silly bugger that drove into me bum on the way down. No damage though .. Captain Posted October 8, 2003 Share Posted October 8, 2003 Glad that I made the 100+ mile round trip in the freezing cold... no seriously, it was a good night and nice to put a few faces/cars to names. If it wasn't for plod, we would have run the mini-moto a bit more, but theyre not usually too impressed with it. Will have to get my mate to let me bring it to other meets. All being well, I will be making it up to the pod this sunday.... along with the silver Civic with carbon bonnet and black type-r accord. Might see some of you sunday then....
