So you've fitted the kits then? And done a bit of impromptu arc welding to boot.... ?
Class One
You say about arcing.... I once went to a "collapse" at South Kensington tube station where a drunken male had tried to have a pee and hit the live rail. 25000 volts travelled up his stream and through him. Needless to say he was toast by the time we got there!
carl0s
So you've fitted the kits then? And done a bit of impromptu arc welding to boot.... ? yes just today! removing the starter wasn't so tough, but getting it back on caused me much arm ache I've taken lots of photos of both the removal and the starter repair so when I get a min I'll post up a little guide! Thanks a lot for sorting me out with the kit during the holiday period, and the tip about the wobbler joints. Here's what I peiced together, it fits around there..just.. almost perfectly. http://www.css-networks.com/extension.jpg

SupraStar 3000
Its weird, but I can't stand using: - the car battery Its odd as electricity in the home doen't trouble me but I'm scared shitless when playing with a car battery. - jacks Had one collapse on me and never like using them. Always use axle stands and back-up jacks when possible. - Power capacitors (ICE) probably justified. Its basically a nail bomb in your boot. That will teach him not to urinate in public places:read: I don't get this British custom of relieving oneself onto other people's doors and parked cars. Goes hand in hand with petty vandalism. Very classy.

terribleturner
I remember having an Astra many many moons ago and the HT lead came off and started to make the car drive funny. I pulled over popped the bonnet and saw the problem. My next tip is to turn OFF the engine when going to plug the lead back on Worst thing was it took me too electric shocks over a month the realise this
