Hi Dudes im back

Whilst driving the supra yesterday ive noticed that a few times when its started from hot it has no power for a few seconds ie it hardly pulls away, it has uprated pump and injectors but i hadnt changed the fuel filter could this be the reason ????????????

How have you re mapped the engine to use the bigger injectors? If relying on closed loop Lambda to shorten injector time there will be a delay until the O2 sensor heats up, before then it is in closed loop and probably crazy rich. Then when the O" sensor IS hot it will revert to open loop under boost, and God knows what the fuelling is doing then.

Put the stock air box and cold air trunking back on, it will probably cure it and gain you some power as well.

Chris

I dont think this is heat related as it sometimes does it when the car has been driven half a mile left an hour and restarted , it feels like a blockage (i know that sounds weird) , and we are talking about the first 30 meters of the drive .
