Lazarus
All the years I've been over here in this country, I've never seen a "White Christmas". If there was one then I was probably too pissed to see (or I blinked). [memories] 4 feet of snow upto the top of the basement walls, now that is a White Christmas!![/memories]

chilli
If we do, shall we arrange a meet to have a group snowball fight? Or perhaps us and a rival car club could battle it out with snowballs hehe
tbourner
Christmas is banned now as we may upset ethnic minorities but you never knoe we may have a white winterfest Havant borough council have stated it's to be called the festival of light instead of Christmas, and there will be no Santa's Grotto in the shopping centre. Can't wait for Divali, Hanukkah, Holi, Kwanzaa, Ramadan, Thanksgiving etc. to roll around, protests will be staged if they still get to celebrate!! Anyone fancy going Christmas carol singing outside all the mosques that now inhabit our land?

KaoriFan
If we do, shall we arrange a meet to have a group snowball fight? Or perhaps us and a rival car club could battle it out with snowballs hehe i like that idea. but knowing the south, only get 1 snowball each with the amount of snow we get. this area grinds to a halt with hardly any snow and some ice, its kinda funny. WTF??? How times change. it'll be like that film Equalibrium where your not allowed emotions or else the law take you away and kill you.
tbourner
I've still gotta see the first half hour of Equalibrium, looks like a good film from what I've seen! 1984 (book not film) is a similar vision, quite scary.

SkyJawa
No its not. If you go to live in a country then you respect its laws and traditions. If you don't like them, leave. Simple. I would do exactly this if I went to live in another country, wouldn't expect them to start not being able to do stuff or rename it just because I was there.
