I've got UK spec glass ones and the passenger one is always full of condensation, if I take it off and dry it out it's fine for a couple of days but then get wet again. zap Posted April 5, 2021 Author Share Posted April 5, 2021 Hi Noz, The problem is with the nearside headlight. It is always full of condensation and the insert is starting to colour up around the outer edge (looks like rust). I have tried siliconing around all of the bulb holders because I read somewhere that there are different size bulb fittings! My next option was to seal around the outer edge but I thought I might get some ideas here first, either way the headlight will need some sort of refurb.
