Just get it from ebay dude. not that expensive.

you'll need some rope too to put in the cylinder to stop the valve from dropping in.

He's most likely on about the tool to compress the spring and remove collets.

well i used this specific one to do my valve seals without taking the head off

This is the tool probably most used for valve seal jobs.

 

You just whack it with a hammer to release the collets and push to refit.
