adi2009 Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 Hi guys, I see a lot of people using Mahle pistons here. I also read that the Mahle's have minimal piston slap which I would prefer. However, I was explicitly told by a vendor from the US that I should use Manley or CP instead for a 1000 hp build. Is there any truth to this or is it bollocks ? If the part is advertised as being suitable for the application I would suspect it's perfectly safe. Mahle are a well know and used manufacturer.
