Adam2jzzz
I’m going to be doing my clutch this weekend. I have ordered a rear main oil seal just incase it’s leaking. I know that the flywheel bolts are stretch bolts. With the price being over £100 for 8 bolts that I might not even be needing to use , do many people replace them ? Scooter
Some do some don't from what I've read. General advice is to replace with new, no horror stories from not afaik, coin flip, pays (or not!) your money takes your choice etc etc
Swampy442
Just do them anyway, peace of mind and they're only 100 quid
Suprakeith
I would say 100% replace flywheel bolts with new, bloke who replaced my flywheel didn’t fit the new ARP flywheel bolts I provided and about year after my flywheel bolts came undone while driving. Sheefa
100% replace. You would be mad not too for the money especially given some fairly catastrophic could happen. Clutches have come through Bellhousings before, I wonder what a moving flywheel at speed could do? Appreciate it would never fully detach but buy new bolts of simply for peace of mind. Definitely get new bolts.
