craig85
I have the centre caps for my wheels but all the clips are broken. As they're quite an old design I'm having real trouble finding another set. Is it OK to glue them on instead and if so, is there a best type of glue to use to put up with the vibrations? Chris Wilson
I'd try Sikaflex.
Havard
You'll have fun when you want your wheels balancing.
Chris Wilson
Just a smear will hold them on, yet they should tap off as well. Hot melt glue might work, too. Depends how much of a work out you give the brakes.
craig85
Awesome, thanks for the help, I'll give sikaflex a go
evinX
Go down brown brothers in st james and get a tube of polyurethane, basically sikaflex but cheaper. Have you got the tabs? if so, get some wire mesh and melt the bits together and sink the mesh in and coat it all in araldite.
craig85
No, they were just thrown in a box of parts. I think one of them is down to two tabs out of 8, they're in a bit of a state to be honest. I've placed an order with Amazon for tomorrow so I'll give it a go, if they ping off at some point then I just have fewer parts knocking around the house
