Drovers Inn Lunch Run (Pics & Video)

So, last Sunday a few of us Wildlings decided to head North of the Wall and go for a wee run up through Loch Lomond to a little 17th Centuary pub called the Drover's Inn.

The weather was good (surprisingly) and the cars were on point. Myself ('94 JDM TT Auto BPU+), MarcusGTE ('96 UK TT BPU Auto), RossC ('94 JDM NA Auto) and L18MSY ('00 Aristo TT) set off from Dumbarton and headed up the westerly side of Loch Lomond in search of good roads and big food, and neither disappointed! An approximate 100 mile round trip, great scenery and well fed upon reaching our destination made for a great afternoon out!

It's these random last minute runs with good company that make this club such a great place to be part of. Looking forward to the Applecross Invasion 2015 run that's going ahead in just over 3 weeks time!

And this is the downside to driving these roads......

From what I was told by the car behind, there was about 1 inch of my rear tyre left on the road before it was in the ditch on the left hand side. It was a close one! :scared:

Sorry to have missed this, looked like a great days driving.

These sort of drives are what it's all about, my prefer a decent drive than sitting parked up at a show.

Roll on Applecross

Only shows on PC for me. No video in siffari browser.

It was a good wee blast up there. Actually started getting to grips with Manu mode on the autobox. It's a lot of fun! I almost forgot it was there as I never use it- I'll be using it all the time now!
