I have considered a proximity alarm Replace the word alarm with mine.... might want to warn the neighbours though if you like them living still. Haha if I had the money and land, I'd like to get a nice shell, anchor it down over a very deep pit and have a fake floor in it barely strong enough to hold the seats!
