I worry about the soft centre The bourbon is a biscuit that just seems to have an air of superiority in my thinking, a "super-buscuit" you might say. But there is much to said of the humble Rich-Tea, sure, it won't stand up to anything more than a 3 second dunking, but you have to root for an under-dog sometimes too. It's got layers to give better protection, and please don't underestimate the durability of it's soft squishy centre.
