As Pulley said, I think they are the same, but they can be picked up for peanuts regardless.

NA engines have sold on here in the past for as little as £60.

i wish i could find one now for that price, im kind of urgent for it now ive been carless for weeks, and had a good think and for the price its not worth sleeving my block and getting new pistons may aswel just replace it

Yes basic engine is the same, but there a few differences, sump being one (but you can sell that to the drift crew for the same as you pay for an engine lol)

well thing is i have a 2jz engine in bits at the garage, but the bores are scraped, so its basically scrap, could the 2jz sump go on that engine?

Iirc yes, and I think it's a straight swap.

well i best get out and buy a lexus engine haha!, like said i only really need a decent bottom end! because it will be re-ringed and new stems etc etc
