I'm not sure if the Cd=0.33 claim is for the US TT without the scoop, it could well be 0.34 with the little fella on top. But after seeing the underbonnet temps stabilise at ambient+30C (at the very best) I would be in no rush to junk the scoop. There is a lot of metalwork expanding down there... There have been a couple that have come out as black as the ace of spades, but they may have never been changed from new.... Mine was last changed about 3 years ago.
