I was just wondering as I need an MOT but I have a decat pipe from the single turbo setup. I still have the origonal cat but does this still fit with an upgrade like this? Or will the car pass with just one cat after the down pipe if that fits?

See the bloke gave me this when I bought the car and said you can either find a friendly test centre or go through the hassle of fitting then removing every MOT. Just cant see how it would fit if its a 3" pipe right through on my current set up.

After looking at my cat theres no way it will fit unless I use a 2.5 - 3" adaptor from the cat to the rest of the exhaust but the downpipe side of the cat has a 3 bolt flange

I might just sell the 2 cats and find a high flow cat. Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

Yeah. They're about as much use as a chocolate baking tray. Best off refitting cats for test, or finding a friendly MOT man. Gaz might let you know who's offered him some assistance if you ask him really nicely and promise not to tell anyone! ;) lol

Yeah theres no chance re fitting them as from the single tubby I got a 3" pipe all the way to the rear. Will be better off just not using them. I will see if there are some test centers that will help out ;)
