A lot more f you want something state of the art like a Secan core. Only worth doing if you need a custom width and have very good flowing end tank design. Not a lot dearer to have a totally custom cooler made. A good core and a typical Ebay core are VERY different beasts. For every good end tank design there are ten or more times as many dire ones.
