Good spec mate, you'd be better running a lower compression to reduce chances of det. id go with a t61 turbo as the lag is pretty rubbish, plus the XS T61 actually has a 67mm inducer wheel anyway though they are spec'ed to 61mm.

Thanks for the kind words chaps.

I really should have taken more photos tbh.

I'll keep putting up progress pictures from now on though :)

A couple of bits I'm stuck on at the moment are: finding O2 sensors to fit the downpipe and struggling to find pics of oil cooler install locations (although I'm sure this will be more clear when I take the bumper off).

I fitted mine behind my indicator on the passenger side. Your kinda stuck with oil cooler locations due to either the size of it, or mainly the length of piping.

Why can't you use the standard o2 sensors? My down pipe had the required flange welded (Poorly) on to use the stocks ones I believe.

It's really because of the gearbox mate. Apparently the auto is only good for 400bhp if you do that 'shim' modification. Not sure how true that is though...

Have a look at David P's Project Supercharger thread (Post #262). He put together a hybrid of the stronger TT auto gearbox and the N/A valve body.
