chilli
its possible that you've got some play in the wheel bearing OR a bent half shaft (seems unlikely) ?
Whitesupraboy2
are you sure u didnt knock any wheel weights off when taking off moving them about?
Robert
checked the wheel nuts are tight? i felt that wobble when my wheel fell off
Chipmunk
I had those symptoms when the front n/s wheel turned out to be buckled
supradibbs
god dont go ther at over 500 a wheel
chilli
What sort of dyno was it then? It seems pretty unlikely that your wheel got buckled to me unless it was manhandled! Does the vibration get worse under acceleration or braking, worse when cornering, worse at speed or always roughly the same?
SUPRALOOPY
sounds like prop shaft rubbers to me..can you drive through it or slow down to stop it???
supradibbs
yeah below 80 is fine went up to 120 and it seemed better i think but was a bit busy spanking a scooby
chilli
lol sounds like it would come back at 160mph too then Propshaft sounds like a good candidate doesn't it, as supraloopy mentioned, it's probably the most likely thing I guess.
supradibbs
would explain alot maybe the touque of the dyno?????
chilli
hmmm I wouldn't have thought that would affect the torque reading much, if at all, but I could be wrong as I'm no expert. Did you get an unexpectedly high or low reading then on the dyno?
