You missed my question mark after it... may cost a bit less than that depending on time taken/ fitment/ extra work might be involved in making kit fit/ pin holes or imperfections in kit How much do you think paint and materials would cost to do this? Im not doing the job anyway but i would love to hear other ESTIMATES
barneybrendan
you also need the fuel cap cover fixed to the standard flap.

add heywood
you also need the fuel cap cover fixed to the standard flap. How would this be done...? Also what had you had done to your standard arches so they didnt shred your tyres?
barneybrendan
i didnt do anything to the arches but i was going to actualy cut them away and bring to inner arch out to meet the ridox quarter so it looked stock underneath with no gaps .Or cut the arch and weld it together up higher and fit home made arch liners. The fuel cap cover has a flat lip so you could either bond it on or rivet/self tappers from the inside of the original flap Edited January 4, 2012 by barneybrendan (see edit history)

That woud be my idea. i think nur arches have custom carbon fibre arch liners?, nice and smart
add heywood
The cutting of the arches obviously will add to cost of fitting... And the use of big spacers for my wheels is another cost/worry... I will have to have a good think

add heywood
The money is there... It's just how can I get another £2.5k past the Mrs without here knowing lol, I had bad buyers remorse when I bought the Ridox stuff last year (over £2k to buy and paint) but then when fitted thought I'd made the right choice...
