JamieP
Ive not heard much of them, BC pro rods are not expensive and are very well proven, id go with them, SRD does great prices on them.

Paul Whiffin
Manley rods are very good, you can see the different types available here http://whifbitzperformancetuning.co.uk/toyota-supra-supra-engine-components-bottom-parts-c-42_47_815_820.html The I-beam pro series are regarded to be of similar quality to the Carillos. Chris Wilson
If you want good rods made in the UK and not China look at Arrow Precision or Farndon. Otherwise look at Carillo from the US, and get the proper ones, not the cheap ones. They are kinda important things, I would always err to spending a goodly amount on stuff that has full accreditation. Same with cranks, Farndon, Arrow or Doug Kiddie if you can still twist his arm to do a one off in retirement.
