screamer pipes

i have a few ideas up my sleeve but if thats going to be the case ill route them another way

 

They glow red hot and spit flames, which is why they usually point downwards toward the road and well away from any other parts.

It's the whole reason for the screamer pipe itself. If it was just the same as your exhast at the tip end, the screamer wouldn't even be required.

 

As I said, think blowtorch mitch ;)

I had my screamer pipe exiting out of the side years back and it was well funny. It was made oval which changed the noise of it to, sounded mental, used to scare the $#@! out of pedestrations. I actually had a couple of people hit the deck once, they must have thought the world was about to end or something.

 

If that was also with your old veilside exhaust paul i am not surprised!! even the exhaust alone scared people...

 

 

Mitchell, good luck with you turbo and pos' screamer project.. looking forward to actually seeing you car at somepoint (pos BHP) keep missing you at the meets.

cheers mate, cant see me being too inventive with the screamers now as i dont fancy repainting every 5 mins but the project is going to be loud
